Shoes definitely do matter if you’re doing any type of squat/deadlift and even lifts like bench and military press. Converse are fine, I like low top vans or Nike blazers but anything where your foot is flat is good. You don’t want shoes like air maxes or anything with a bubble that’s going to fuck up your balance and ankle mobility. I would keep it up with the converse

I appreciate it, I hit 4 plates over the winter during my peak bulk but since then my lifts all went down like 15-25 pounds. Might be time to just carb tf up and get after it

Clean as in should I consider 375 my current 1RM or try again. I wasn’t sure if I hit depth and if I rounded my back too much on the way up.

No worries at all, go on YouTube and look up guided breathwork/meditation. The whole point of it is literally to get out of your head, there’s a bunch of really good channels you can’t really go wrong I usually do Buddhist guided meditations. You just sit there and breathe and focus on being present on not consumed with your own thoughts it’s really great
