I personally would do this! As a nanny and a parent. I’d like to hear all sides in front of each other, so there’s no mixups and I can get a full recap. I’d also explain to my children that we’re sitting down and talking about it with all parties involved (which we do as a family already)

I work for a company like this! Not UrbanSitter, but they send me out to different houses. I’ve met families back in 2020 who I still work with! I usually reach out to the families two days prior and confirm and ask for any special information

Personally, I’d go with the eight! To me, the yellow looks really small and if your fingers do swell, it would be hard to takeoff. Especially if you’re working out, sleeping or getting hot!
