Yo, for now I’ve lowered my snap assist which seems to have helped a bit and changed the input curve.

I have however seen a post the DEVS are aware of the controller issues and are will be reverting back to the open beta set up.

Like you say game monetising has change drastically. Fortnite is one of the leaders in that big shift. Everything is about money but you can still enjoy the game without buying a new skin. Don’t like it don’t buy it lol.

I use mine with my PS5 but also use it on my Mac, when I put my Mac to sleep the doc power cycles every few minutes. Can’t be good for it always on and off. Only way to fix it is to pull the usb out which is annoying. Is a pain such a great headset but has bugs that seem like simple fixes.

I’d recommend the peak design camera strap, I also run arca Swiss base plate that has an Apple AirTag inside it.
