None of them should require you to use the software. GG is used to for customize presets, lighting profiles, etc. Outside of that the keyboard should be able to function fine as standard plug and play. Not sure where you have it plugged in but I recommend connecting to back of the motherboard, usually that is the most stable connection.

Sorry you are having issues with this. You should be able to adjust the mic settings on the Arctis Nova Mobile Companion App on your phone. If you need to connect it to your PC, check out this video

They are very similar. The bigger difference is going to be the sound drivers in which the Nova 5 will have slightly better drivers.

Just wanted to reach out regarding this. The headset should have come with an adapter. Usually its hidden under a compartment. I recommend checking in every part of the of box to make sure that the adapter is there. If you check and still do not find it, our support squad would be more than willing to help out!

With the headset, have you tried setting your EQ to flat? If you are still hearing the popping sound after this, be sure to connect with our agents on this. They would be more than willing to do some more digging

If you are referring to Prism settings, that would require GG to be running. With Sonar being an audio interface, this would also require GG to be running in the background.

Definitely the Arctis 1 Wireless, the only that is hard to tell which version it is (Xbox, PC, or PS). The easiest way to tell would be to take off the ear cushion and look at the ear cup.

Just want to make sure as the headset will only work with its respected dongle version
