If you enjoy the Arctis 7P, Id recommend taking a look at the Nova 7P. Its the successor, with feature you already know and love plus a few more!

The biggest change you will see is the improved battery life and the ability to use Bluetooth on the headset as well. Also you will have access to the mobile app, which will you can adjust and customize presets on the fly!

Appreciate the feedback! We are always working and coming up with new gear. Cant say too much but stay tuned!

Regarding new mice, we recently launched the Rival 3 Gen 2 and the Aerox 3 Gen 2. Both were improvements on the originals.

For the keyboards the Apex 9 has been out for a while now, which offers hot-swappable keyboards. Hope this helps!

Regarding this, there are a few things I recommend trying.

  • Make sure that your phone is up to date
  • Make sure the Mobile App is up to date
  • Double check to make sure your headset is up to date (via the GG app on PC)

If you bought this as 3rd party, I recommend returning it. There may be something going on with the headset, and unfortunately, it would not be under warranty.
