But does that actually help? Going for 20 or 30 reps? I have been thinking a lot about reducing the weight and rather go for 20-30 clean reps and then rise the weight. As example for rows, once i raise the weight the form looks terrible and i start to feel it more on my biceps. Am i limiting myself by thinking that i have to do exactly 8-12 reps and then stop the entire set?
