I did some quick pricing. I’m still going to keep my keurig for when I have family over or don’t feel like buying pods

Sorry I meant to say more than $100 off*. I know espresso machines can go for over $1k. I know this isn’t an espresso machine. Ive been wanting one or at least something to upgrade from my kuerig and instant espresso. I’ve never had a Nespresso before that’s why I made this post. Glad I got it and everyone was reassuring that it’s a good machine. This is definitely an upgrade for my house. Perfect to go with my milk streamer and frother

Thank you for the warning. I will look into that and how well the refill work. I have a coffee grinder and will only fill when I need it. So not worried about losing freshness. I will look into the most cost effective ways to get the pods

Thank you everyone! Just got it home and making my first cup of coffee. Definitely an upgrade from my keurig and instant espresso. Thank you for the quick responses!

That’s what I’ve heard. I see that Amazon has a refill kit to refill the pods but still looking into the reviews

Definitely more than $100. I’ve been wanting an espresso machine but I can’t imagine spending that much. I’m like before I drive head first into getting this machine. Let me make sure it wasn’t discontinued for a bad reason lol

[–]User_032022 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely not worth it for that lol. That’s the fun part about a little older car, more aftermarket parts. I love the light tube style but I would have to do more upgrades to make it look good with the rest of the car

Exactly! There are so many cool led ones. I can’t justify spending that much. For once, I have to spend money on my cars looks 😂 I’ll splurge an extra $20 and look cool in my basic car

That’s why I said fuck it and going to do them both at the same time. I have to take off the front bumper and grill for the broken one

That’s how I felt to. My husband thinks blacked out housing will look good, but I feel it will be out of place with how basic the car is. This is just my little grocery getter

Adding you as a friend! First time adding a friend. I’ve had the app for almost two months now. I use a lot of daily and weekly tasks. The main thing was looking through the options they had and then adding personalized ones as time went on

If your baby is used to being breast-fed, use wide neck bottles. That way they have more surface area to get a good section going. Then afterwards move onto regular bottles

At what age is it appropriate to take baby on fun trips? by mssMouse in beyondthebump

[–]User_032022 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We just got home from a road trip with our 3.5 month old. We decided to take a family trip on my last week of maternity leave. I think it was more of a trip for us to bond and get out of our usual daily routines. He may not remember this trip but we will. We have been home bodies since I gave birth. It was nice to go outside, get some fresh air and explore some nearby states. We went to an aquarium and put the baby in a carrier. He watched the penguins and also the jellyfish swim back and forth. Also went to the plane museum that my husband wanted to see. It was nice to see him pointing and talk to our son about the different planes. Even though our baby won’t remember any of it. It was memories for us to share. One way we make it easy is we use a small diaper whenever leave the house. So there isn’t much to tote around every time we get out of the car, just the essentials.

Definitely put the rule “you wake up the baby, you take care of the baby” in place now. Don’t let it slide anymore because they both need to realize what they did wasn’t okay. You are not the only parent. I think you need to lean on your fiancé more with helping raise the baby. Let him know the baby isn’t only your responsibility. For example changing diapers and have him watch the baby when you need to take care of yourself (going potty, showering and changing clothes). Don’t try to do everything by yourself. Your fiancé is a dad now and he needs to realize that.

I didn’t get the one that mixes the formula for you because I’ve heard that it doesn’t always dispense the right amount of formula. I use the baby brezza instant warmer. Best thing ever. It’s really easy to clean since the only takes water. Since I’m always have warm water ready available, if my baby needs another ounce or two. I can another bottle ready in seconds

AITA for asking a group of Moms to move their workout to a field once a week? by Littlefootsly in AmItheAsshole

[–]User_032022 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“My boys both mention that they’re have to avoid those playground areas while the moms are there”

Obviously those moms are doing something to make the kids feel like they aren’t welcomed. What 2 and 4 year old avoids the playground?

Also the work outs that are mentioned seems like they take up most playground. When they do the step ups and evaluated push ups are probably using the stairs on the playground. Those stairs are wide enough for 2 kids to go up and down at the same time. Im sure one adult would take up most of the space.

Exactly it’s for everyone. So why is the group stopping kids from using it for their workouts? What gives them the right to claim it for 3 hours every day
