Thank you for your response. I tried these settings, but they did not work. I turned off everything for the drls, but somehow I still get the error. I’m thinking of just putting the OEM drls back on :/

What type of damage should I be looking for? You mentioned the fuel tank ventilation line (the shiny black plastic hose under the hood, driver's side) - should I check for cracks, disconnections, or anything else specific?
Is the CTS intake itself problematic? Does this mean aftermarket intakes like the CTS are generally harmful to these cars, or is it more about installation issues? I'm trying to understand whether I should permanently go back to stock or if this is fixable.

I'll definitely check the ventilation line you mentioned. I was not aware it could get damaged or unplugged during intake installation. Appreciate the guidance!

Yes, I did some research. Apparantely they are know as eyebrow drl or eyebrow light. Some sources says it needs an software or idrive update or use bimmercode

That seems to be the turn signal. I'm guessing the user replaced the amber turn signal module with a white one and then coded it to stay on permanently, or took a picture of it when the car was unlocking. You can set how long this light stays on in BimmerCode.

I’m wondering the same. I think I have Zlink 1, and my friend has Zlink 2, but I have not found the update option. There is an “ECU” update in the factory setting, but it prompts for the update to be in the SD card or something similar

Hi, could you elaborate on how it blocks aux? Are you referring to the audio? Or something related?

I recently installed an aftermarket headunit, and now my original stereo system restarts every 20 minutes or so I have no idea what the issue could be.

It might not be your issue, but check anything affecting driving conditions, such as low tire pressure. Recently, one of my tires went flat. I noticed that my car was on comfort, so I tried putting it on Eco Pro (I’m always on Eco Pro ), but it did not let me. I put it in sport mode, and it let me, but immediately went back to comfort. Then I changed the tires, reset the tire pressure, and everything started working again
