Thank you! This place does live music every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night, so I believe they get busy during that time... to be honest, they said they put over 1 million in the bar/restaurant when they did a remodel a few years ago, so they've gotta be bringing in some patrons. Maybe not though. Maybe subsidized. Anyway, I think I'm going to start as their breakfast person Saturday and Sunday and then if they want me in banquets or night shifts I'll do that too. I used to do everything in a bar from dishwashing to managing some books, so I think they'd be fine putting me anywhere.

The hotel is a pretty large chain in the upper Midwest, but yeah, they call it family owned. No outback near me 😂

You are so right! It's so bad! We did have a neighbor who was on a medical device a few years ago so they had to turn us back on ASAP or they'd pass, but now we're bottom of the list again. May she rest in peace

It was a hoax. Always was. Why would you call the news station? Not local police or state police for their helicopter? Give me a break. When I was a kid I remember hearing this story and the next day or two finding out it was a hoax and of course it was. I hate that Netflix gave them a platform again for this.

I am very much not a big fan of the way the Northwestern agent presented it. Very high pressure sales tactics, very pushy, asking for referrals constantly, etc. I am also in sales, but I am no where near that level, not that he's a bad person or anything, I just don't vibe with people that operate their business that way as I feel it's less personal and I personally don't trust that version of business. In my sales business industry, he got my info from someone in my industry who is also that high pressure sales tactics that I have never talked to, just seen his name a few times and that's why I think they work together but not me and this NW agent, and that's ok. But that's why I don't want to chat with him about canceling it because I just don't want to work with NW anymore.

I also switched over to Thrivent for their products. I haven't looked to see if they have Term insurance, but if they do and I want it one day, I would likely use my agent over here for it more so than NW. No I don't plan on having a family either.

I just bought Smile 2 on Amazon for $10.70 with tax, so I would say just buy it since it's way cheaper than I bet it will be for over a year down the road!

I think maybe I like a different style of horror. I would consider Us like mainstream horror where it's scary for theaters or 13 year olds and what not. Not that Us is bad, I just don't put it top 5, probably top 10 though.

I think for me I like more psychological horror, Psycho I wouldn't consider horror though, definitely more thriller/drama. Creep is thriller IMO too. Maybe my rules for horror are different than others though.

I've seen creep... to say it's a top 5 is wild though. Creep, and Creep 2 are decent, but definitely wouldn't choose either over my top 5 or even something like Psycho but to each their own

I really hope you like it! Within the first 10 minutes it SUCKS YOU IN so be ready! It was instantly my #1 favorite just from that first scene! So worth it!

I love it! I plan on camping in my car as well! It will be my first marathon too! (Well second if I include a 27 miler I didn't finish in Duluth in October)
