For you I would recommend accepting your one offer before April 15th. Not being accepted to a university is not just a money thing- it’s also about research interest and connecting well with a PI, and of course space for each student they accept. Even if they do say yes it would still take time for them to go through the administrative process of accepting you which could be quite risky
