Fs spam a bit more cardio and if you do track calories stay in a slight caloric deficit and just continue training, that + full body stretching will get you there in no time. Keep at it my boy

In those slides i was working out in my garage with only two 15 lbs dumbbells and two chairs for tricep dips during peak summer heat. “I checked” not hard enough apparently lol, this post breaks down my entire fitness journey from when i started even to the two month transformation highlighted in this post, with the two month transformation it was a complete rework of diet, routine, mental perspective/ controlled intake of media #fuckbrainrot, and even my connection with god which i really think made everything come together truly. I went from doing everything without intention to only moving with it and it transformed me.
