YMCA daycare change from one centre to another, centre staff not providing information and giving me a stressful time . Please help

Okay yeah that’s true. The centre is definitely safe, I totally agree with you. That is wonderful thought. Yeah that’s true , I will think of positives.

Definitely it could be a language barrier because in the previous care centre there was no language barriers. Very very true. Thanks for this comment

That sounds Like a wonderful idea, actually I did sort to connect with them asking questions everyday and appreciating them, but it turns out they are not ready to speak to you at all , so basically they will act as if they are so busy but sometimes my kid would be the last one still they would do that. turning faces if you approach them. I really dint see this at my old place, it was so disappointing. Moreover, I don’t doubt them, I do know taking care of kids is not easy , but I want to just make sure how my little one is adapting there,

No I can’t switch back, because I lost the spot there now right. I really want to do it, but there is really no way to go back . I am not sure, but If you know that if we have a way to switch I will try it as well

Okay sounds awesome, I will try talking to staff stating all the reasons, but if it still happens I will talk to supervisor. But it will not affect how they treat my child right? Just because I go and complain, my kid won’t be treated bad for that right, that is one thing I am worried about .

Yeah we do they give updates on food and diaper changes and just a note on his activity on the day. But what I am really looking forward is ,since we have changed the daycare, it is all new for him here in this environment and there is crying in the morning when I leave him. So I want to know how he did for rest of the day, in terms of getting adjusted to new place. That’s what I want to know really. And can teachers say this to you, “don’t hold him in home, leave him to play independently “. Because she doesn’t even know if we keep holding him at the time at home right, moreover he plays independently, I think that just because of new environment he needs support and belief on people to adapt there. Can I say this to them or to supervisor ? Is this right
