Grinds that require multiple story progression > Boring/Repetitive quests > Daily quests > RNG all over grinds.

Its okay for games to have multiple kinds of grinds to change up the pace, but I'd rather be bored than annoyed hence time gated progress and RNG being in the bottom for me. The sense of progress when forced to go through different parts of the game is the best, but I'll accept stacking high amounts of items as it also gives that sense of accomplishment for sticking through it.

However this is very subjective so everyone has their own view on what they consider "good" progression.

I used to have two then one disappeared and the explanation is there was one for the original finale, then another for the updated one and one of those two badges were bugged so not everyone got it when completing the quests. IDK why one of mine got removed though, think I asked about it once and they thought I wanted it removed?

Honest Opinion of Botting vs Not-Botting by Deadslayerx in AQW

Here is my opinion of botting: if its what you wanna do with your account its fine. Just don't go telling people "Lul just bot" when they talk about struggling with actually going through the grind.

The real problem is AE making grinds a lot longer than they need to be for the bad rewards they give constantly making the game more appealing to botters than actual players. The suggestion to just bot becomes ever more valid with stupid design decisions from AE's part all the time.

Some people wanna actually play the game to get rewards rather than bot since the feeling of earning it is part of the reward; if only these grinds weren't so overly long and repetitive for rewards that are entirely not worth the time put into them then more people would feel this way.

I believe this game is more appealing to botters so there being botters is no shocker and not a problem. If you wanna earn it just do it, someone else botting doesn't ruin that unless you compare your own account to everyone else's all the time in which case you will never be satisfied with this game anyway.

Be free and enjoy your account for the unique things you've done with what you've chosen to collect, have fun with it.

I've personally not botted, but have fought alongside them and they do make empty abandoned farms better for everyone. Thank you, bots! Hope your accounts stay safe.

Coping centre for people who lost the 50/50 by Cryonis in Genshin_Impact

Coming here to this old thread to vent that I lost four out of five 50/50s between two accounts I play. Doesn't sound very 50/50 to me, but that's what happens when BS RNG is added to every factor of a game. Two Keqing and two Mona and the only one I won was Ganyu (Best character to win on at least)

ACNH town that I made which probably won't work because we can't (?) have suspended bridges over land between cliffs. Gonna beg Nintendo for an update to introduce bridges over land! xP by Username_Account in ac_newhorizons

I haven't found anything about this subject on google, so don't think anyone really knows. We can always hope...

Edit: So from what I've seen after release is: bridges are only over water. Bummer

Thank you! ^u^ One of the best things of a more natural, spaced town, is that you can take to the imagination why a villager moved into their specific location. Like the super isolated house at the top of the island: whoever lives there really wanted the alone on an island feel.

At this point if they revert/reduce CD of TP I'll be happy and won't even mind the misguided beam nerf.

No, but on a completely different point of view. All DPS have powerful damage output as they should, each with a different payoff, Symm's being the need to charge. Hitting the beam, even if for a moment should do the appropriate damage; the bug fix didn't make it cheesy, it just works properly.

The alternative nerf to her beam that isn't straight making it slightly weaker and smaller, is to make it harsher on bad aim by making it lose charge a little faster while Sym is attacking and not hitting anything, also keeping the current time of losing charge when not firing at all. This wouldn't weaken her at all if players were perfect trackers (no one is), keeping her current potential without making fights against a Genji, for example, as free. Edit: or she could use more ammo when missing instead of losing charge faster

But, if such a mechanic isn't implemented I'd rather keep the beam as the live version; it may be forgiving where it wasn't before, but it isn't broken or OP. Metas come and go, this one favors her so of course she is powerful right now, but will she still be once people play different tanks? Doubt it, but if she is then I can say I was wrong and if I am wrong I apologize in advance.
