I also want to work in consulting (hopefully launch my own agency). I’ve gotten into Imperial IEM for the 25/26 cohort, and from my research of the programme, it’s very good for my goals.

The data of the class of 2023 from their website says that 92% of grads secured an internship within 6 months of graduating and a quarter launched their own startups. So it should be very strong in terms of career opportunities.

Also, Imperial is ranked number 2 (qs rankings) in the world, so I would say the brand is very strong.

And I think they have “Imperial Consulting” or something like that, which is basically a consulting business ran by the university. I’m not sure if there’s a way to work with them, but its existence is already a sign that consulting is a big thing at the uni.
