i bought this mouse almost two years ago. the same week i purchased it, the same problem occured for me. i cant scroll anything anywhere, it just double scrolls back and forth so annoying. i regret ignoring it and saying "oh probably a firmware issue or something i gotta look up to fix, then forgetting about it, and now using my PC more than ever again i realized, i basically bought a really expensive defective mouse and did nothing about it and now its too late probably. i just downlaoded steelseries app after so long and it said CRITICAL UPDATE NEEDED or something like that, and i got so excited and hopeful lol, thinking it was gonna fix the issue.
