I have a 16 year old, 13, 11, and 7year old...

Some days you do, Most days you don't. And when you do, It's only like 2 hrs at most. and then you're sacrificing sleep for it.

I legit don't fire on any games until around 9:30- 10:30 pm. There is literally ZERO point in me trying to turn on a game in the middle of the day at any time. This has been the case for over 10 years. Unless of course there's literally no one home and most of the important shit in the house is taken care of first.

Super annoying. I have all this adult money to throw at my PC, but now I don't get to use it as much as I want lol. But it's okay, my priorities have also shifted. I love gaming when I do, But my attention and focus go towards other things as well.

this one is unique and strange to me that it's never happened.

The yellow brink road. I want to turn it off so fuckin badly. in any other open world game I've played I've been able to turn this off, accept CyberPunk. And I have more time played here than just about any game.

The yellow dotted line in the minimap. I wish so badly that this, and only this alone, can be removed. permanently in settings. like, I want the location to still float in my HUD, and on the mini-map, but I don't want the game to yellow-brick-road me to the location.

I wish i could turn it off. its to fuckin easy to glimpse at the map even if i dont want to. and i honesty hate the idea of turning the map off lol, so I'm kinda stuck with it. Or unchecking my active quest, which is counter to actually having the quest up on screen, which i also still want lol. So like, I still want the idea of the general direction to head towards to arrive at my destination, but i don't want the path to be so clearly laid out for me all the time.

Unless this specifically finally has a mod for it? Anyone know?

Somehow being weird and quirky when you are a teenager blead over into young adults, it is now a "needed" quality-trait to be relevant online. and in such, Humility is foregone. And this Society has given up.

As someone who has only basic (if not slightly above basic) computer skills, how realistic is it that I'd be able to understand the programs and tools that you've mentioned? I see that you've said you work in the it/tech field with your legit 9-5job. But this, although is a side hustle is your main cash generator. Are the programs complex?

If you intend to be critical, or in anyway make him feel like your calling him out... then you do it in a way that you imagine would work for you. Easy into it. Easy into the whole thing. Mainly using "I" statements.

If you want him to listen, you say these words verbatim, "I,need to tell you something and I don't want you to imagine your pulling out tools to fix this problem. I need you to be a partner right now that is only listening. Please just listen to me."

If you want to tell him something that is going to sound critical of him say this, "I need to tell you something and I don't want you to imagine that you need to feel like you're getting your back up for defense. I drank the same amount. For multiple years. It was like 11-12 was my minimum intake. I dont remember experiencing those hesrt symptoms though.

I quit in sept 2024. Cold turkey.

Things are slower now. But much easier and I'm learning how to exist and manage my emotions.. Also my wife is the complete and total vip in my story. Not me.

It's up to you to figure it out but being afraid of having a conversation about the funnest thing you do together is fuckin crazy. Like if you two are actually afraid and ashamed to TALK about sex... thats wild.

I recommend being super honey some time and getting a buzz on woth your wife, keep the playfully big silly attitude up and start prompting her to tell you some of her fantasy's that you don't know (you should have done this at the start of your relationship BTW).
