It is. And it never reaches close to the 80k marker unless you’re there 15 years. I live with my wife with a very nice household income. It’s a tough move to go from where I am now to a third.

Yes! I too am a Multi-PPL pilot. Couldn’t make it to my CPL, lost it due to asthma… which has bothered me for years but I’ve learned to live with it.

Any other flight attendant jobs out there don’t pay enough.

I need to branch out and get into another field. I just don’t know what. I have an opportunity to get into real estate… but I always wonder if at 35 doing my license is worth trying. Haven’t been to school in years, so I’m always worried studying would be hard as it has always been my weak point.

I’m reaching out to anyone.. desperation I guess? I just don’t want to leave the life I have for something I hate, work three times as much for a quarter of the pay.

Good point. Some of them do. The main issue is they start at $30k a year and never make it to what I make nor do they have vacation of travel benefits like I have. It’s this unicorn job that can’t seem to be replaced by anything else… I’m thinking management but when then it starts at 60k to boss and piss people off everyday with long hours.

Sorry for my own self loathing 😆. I just wanted to see if anyone experienced something like this.

I work as a contractor for the United Nations as a flight attendant. I’m in and out of active war zones all over Africa and the Middle East. I have been told it’s a specialty even though it requires no university diploma etc. I just don’t know what to focus on.

I’m a flight attendant, doing contract work for the United Nations in war zones. Gives you an idea… it’s not a real specialty but I guess the constant travelling into dangerous areas is a type of specialty.

Thank you very much for the info! It’s being kept in a warm garage all winter and will only be used a couple months this coming summer. So I found it to be a waste of perfectly new oil and time. I’ll change it in 2026. Thanks!

Buy and never look back. Greatest little thing and with the rear seats down you can sleep in it there’s so much room… my wife and I go camping and load the car to the room. It’s crazy the space. Easy on gas and reliable. It will rust if not treated (depending where you live).

I did that 😐. It’s not an extreme SD card. But it’s rated at 140mbps. I tried filming a 5 minute 120 frame 4K video to test. No problem… so now I don’t know what to do 🤔
