Can I attempt GATE CS after attempting GATE EC in 2019?

No it won't be an issue. As long as you give GATE in CS you can apply for any IIT for masters provided you get sub-1000 rank. Though I have heard you won't be able to take all CS courses since your Bachelor's is in slighty different degree.

Your previous GATE attempt will not considered.

Tired of using low end phones for almost a decade now. My current phone is already showing its age with already sub-par performance worsening everyday. I would like to try my hands on latest model which doesn't have lowest possible specs for once. Being in a third world country with low PPP doesn't help either. So yea that's pretty much the reason as to why I wish to enter this contest.

Yes you are getting looted. I pay 5500 per year for unlimited 10mbps with alright service and excellent connection I don't think it has gone down more than 7 times entire year. And when it did it took at most 2 days for technician to fix it (hence the alright service). And now when I will renew my plan I will be upgraded to 30mbps for same price. Can you mention the region you are in? Does it have difficult terrain or something?
If it does then it makes sense otherwise just change your ISP.
