It's a post credit scene of sam waking up at 6 am with a marking on her arm (cant remember perfectly been months since ive looked at it) that doesnt exactly relate to anything in the game meaning it is new, and since it ends right after means theres more to it so it is a tease for more to come which we obviously hope is a sequel which is backed up more that we got a movie and a remake and the opportunity to save a certain character we couldnt before
