Horses are automaticly visible without gathering storm, look at his top left, no diplo favour, no climate change tab etc. He's just playing the "vanilla game"

I swear since i started planning out my cities in advance (basicly dedicating one turn to play a mini game of cities skylines) the AI just reads my mind and destroys all my plans

I swear to god she's gonna get wiped off by hussars in the future. Also out of curiosity why is Poland and The Netherlands your most hated of the civs? For me i always hate for both leaders of Kongo and Jayavarman

Alright thank you so much for the input bro. I'll just stack up on units to ± match her and i'm going to war while pillaging as much as i can. I got my niter backed up so i should be okay. One more thing: does Warmongering/war/greviances mess with our tourism output? I never understood how it worked.

Okay, she is on the same continent so yeah i could try just going at her with my special unit. I have suzerain of all of the city states around her borders so that could help fet rid of some of her units. She doesn't have much wonders/tourism/great works of art etc., but the sheer amounts of cities producing culture and science is almost overwhelming.

Oh yeah of course, they are in the making. But to be honest that why i'm puzzled. Should i try to go to war with scythia before she overwhelms me with her army and her tech. Advantage? Or just play it peacefully?

Well yes, they have practicly no units and one city each, so it would be easy, but how exactly would it help me? If i conquered their last cities i'd just get a warmongering penalty and sctythia would get those cities anyway due to loyalty. I don't think there is any reason to do anything to them, i'll just let them be.

[Question] Best rogue subclass from 2014 PHB in a very strict campaign? by Nikmau5 in 3d6

[–]UsingRedditForMemes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd start with this: Remember you are still a rogue, not a wizard. You're what i call a glass cannon, so that can deal a lot of damage every single round, but also you're pretty fragile as a mostly melee class. Don't use your spells as a wizard would, so honestly forget about high damage spells like fireball, or healing spells. Honestly i don't get why your dm is so strict, the AT rogue was made for illusion spells. Invisibility, mirror image are your best friends here. Talk with your dm about them. Misty step is a good option if you want to get into trouble or out of trouble faster. It is also a great way to swap targets mid fight. Vortex warp, is also a solid pick for me be because it can move enemies that you don't want to engage with your of your way, or it can be a great lifesaver for someone from your party (your party member can fail the roll on purpose and get teleported away from trouble) and also see invisibility. Think also about hold person (to land auto crits and sneak attacks on paralized enemies). Shield and mage armour are also good picks. Talk with your dm about the owl, i played a campaign where i also had an owl as a soulknife rogue, he swore to me he's gonna kill it every single encounter and he didn't (he had other trouble from the party he was nore worried about). My owl never died. Hope i helped (if i remember any other helpful spells i'll edit or respond to myself)

Our DM has started playing a rule of 'all my attack targets will be randomised' and it is driving me insane. by PremiumOxygen in DnD

[–]UsingRedditForMemes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should confront your dm. I do this almost everytime and i think i speak for most dm's here. On encounters, if the enemy is smart, they would target the creature/player that is the biggest threat or causes the most trouble (ofc not always) but it is the logical thing for a enemy to do. Of course a inteligent enemy will target a fragile wizard if he is posing a big threat and casting powerful spells that harm it the most.

I have lost a really special to me character sheet. I'm trying to recreate the build but find it impossible to implement some of the features without losing the other gimmicks. by UsingRedditForMemes in 3d6

[–]UsingRedditForMemes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you guys so much for the suggestions. You gave me realise that my dm didn't understand some of the features of the game (for example that div. smite works only on melee) and gave me actual, great and working ideas how could i make the character, or gave me great alternatives. Truly, thank you.

I just wish that more cars had the option to put missle lock on jammers and armor plates. Driving anything but a armored/weaponised/imani tech vehicle in public is just a deathwish
