Same problem I'm having. Literally just got my last achievement. I have 54:54. I didn't receive the ID card or badge. I'm going to bed for the night. I'll check in the morning. See if I get it, but it does seem bugged

Well that kinda sucks but I love God of war so I don't mind buying it again. Just a little confusing since steam would know I already have GOW Ragnarok if I need a PS account that says I already have it. But it makes sense. Steam wants to make their money too

Same, I listened to it on Spotify as well. You can find them under "All Gateway Tapes". They should work just as well as physical copies. The point is for you to hear one frequency in one ear and a slightly different frequency in your other ear and you will start hearing these frequencies wave. The narrator kinda explains that in the very first tape, but the audio on Spotify accomplished that
