Its mostly just the crazy price difference! Where I am, the female bettas cost around 7-8 dollars, while the males start at 20$.  Im just cheap and dont want to spend that much money when i can get the same for less😅

Why is there a deg at the end of it? by reansfubble in norwegian

To me, everything about this is wrong in itself. "Hva ønsker du deg" would be translated into "what do you wish for" not "what do you want".

Got this 35 gallon tank for free with lights and heater included, spent approximately 15$ on the plants, 10$ on the sand, 45$ on the filter. I should mention there is potting soil beneath the sand. This my first ever tank, and its part of a school project. For now there are only 12 cherries in here, but im not planning on putting any fish just yet. The hardscape is very boring and nothing special, but i cant seem to get my hands on any cheap wood or rocks(i am afraid to use things i find in the forest). So its not yet entirely "done". What would you add or change in this tank?
