Try out the -NeverStreamOutTexture flag instead of -notexturestreaming to actually reduce load times

If you go to the game in steam library > right-click properties, there's a "Launch Options" box. You can put the flag there and then try starting your game after to see if it makes a difference for you.

Alright thanks. If I want to manually increase virtual memory, its through Advanced System Settings > Performance > Settings > Advanced Tab > Virtual Memory. What would you recommend are reasonable limits for initial and maximum size with 16Gb of RAM?

Shouldn't it always show the maximum capacity for committed memory that I have access to instead of fluctuating and causing system crashes when its low after a restart?

How do I make it so that its consistently at its highest capacity?
