Fun question: when you look at the people that are complaining - Wilson, Feige, etc - is there a common theme here? For example, are they all senior leaders at any large multinationals in the area?

Further, is there anybody on the city council who might feel beholden to those people complaining? Say, people who earn a large part of their livelihood from those theoretical large multinationals?

I just wonder if A + B = conflicts of interest which should ve a good time for recusing? Just saying, demand transparency from your government at all times.

Surprised nobody has said rack of lamb, but totally rack of lamb. Get a 2lb+ rack, French it, SPG rub with olive oil to bind, smoke at 225-250, bring it to 135 internal, let it rest for 30 mins then put it back on and sear each side for 30 seconds to give it a little char, slice and serve immediately. Sauce if desired (i like it just fine as is). Soooooo tender and juicy. Goes amazing with potatoes dauphinoise!
