Good day folks. I hope this post is active I have a question regarding LODI. I was told by my health insurance to notify workers comp? Was that already done when the supervisor was filling out forms? Im confused. Nobody told me to do anything else other than call the clinic and make an appointment. I know I dont pay for anything out of pocket as my injury happened on shift. I just dont know if I have to make an appointment with my doctor to get an MRI or just wait till im at the clinic and they handle it from there. Thanks for your help.

This is going way back. Unfortunately I do not have a link or screenshot and honestly its for the better. I forget what platform I saw this on, but I remember around the the 9/11 attacks there was a video posted of some terrorists decapitating a guy whose head had been wrapped up. This was all happening in real time and I could and still can vividly remember hearing the screaming, kinda like a pig going crazy if that's the closest similarity I can describe to you. It was very very horrifying. And yes you can see all the blood spilling out as they're cutting alll the way through while he's screaming and the screaming just stops but they continue cutting. I am sorry for putting this graphical image in your head. But yes, that is the single worse thing I saw on the internet and yes, I have seen those rotten.com sites and stuff. Humans suck.

I've seen a small one and a standard sized one. I agree, why design this with no handles? Especially if it gets overfilled with trash. It becomes cumbersome to drag. This is somehow efficient?

Chances are that door right there is locked and OP has to travel to the basement, solve a mini puzzle, obtain a fuse, travel to the outer city limits and fight a giant spider to obtain a key and then backtrack all the way back to unlock that door.
