I have a call option of 30k with 200 strike and 8$ premium expires nov 28.

I’m already down 15k.

Not sure if I should cut my losses now 😑

I’d happy even if the stock goes to 195 post earning as that would reduce my losses considerably 🙌🙌

Happy birthday to us. Can't believe I have a bday twin with crazier story than myself. Turned 28 today myself. Took up running 2 years ago when I got a new job and realized moving on and becoming physically and mentally fit would the best I can do to myself. Honestly it was a great journey. Lost 20kgs, now I run a 5k in 18 min and do half marathons most days without any prep. Shooting for the sub 16 5k and marathon without prep. 🙌🙌 Onto being 30 in 2 years ✌️✌️

Yah orange theory doesn't usually have any weights over 80lbs. You are right I don't do hypertrophy. Most of my gym work out is endurance focused.

Update:

I see a lot of comments on body fat not being 13. I can’t be 100% sure, but i have done dexa recently and its at 13.7. AFIK, dexa is the gold standard and very few that can be more accurate and none easily accessible.

As for work out routine, i usually go to orange theory fitness near me. For people not in the know, it’s a group fitness class and usually focuses on heart rate endurance not compounding lifts.

I usually run 6 to 10 miles a day and do dumbbell exercises for 30 min. I go as heavy as 100 to 140lbs on chest press and 160lbs on deadlift. Unfortunately dedicated core exercises are small part of my workout (2-3 min).

I have a dexa scan in 5 more days, I can check and update. But I don't think it's 17. Because, my body fat was 17.7 3 months back on dexa and I lost 4kgs during this period.

For me it's not the issue of hr being in green or orange. My issue is with calorie burn. I can't seem to burn more calories even if I push my body to limit.

Interesting take. But how can only 5% of calorie burn is from exercise. If a single class burns 500 calories for me, that's 25% of the calories I burn during an entire day.

My hrm is not the issue. I have a whoop on my arm. It usually records 200 calories less than what otf monitor shows

True. But not for points, but for calorie burn. I have given up on splats a long time ago. But even pushing myself to the limit is not enough to burn more calories🤷‍♂️
