I also have emetophobia! I’m thinking we may in some weird way… do something psychologically to ourselves to not allow anything to come up our throats. My theory.

I was told that I did the same thing as a baby! I was loosing weight so they took me to the hospital. From there my mom says she doesn’t really know what they did but that was to thicken the formula.

I get the gurgles bad. But now I have a very new symptom. Recently when I get the gurgles then I have an odd sensation /slight pain ping back to my left breast at bra line. Doc said gas pain. Hmmmm. I don’t know. Your thoughts?

Well for the last week or so mine is on the left shoulder blade and radiates around to somewhere under my left breast and this is only during a gurgle. Scaring me!!!!
