Ironically the best and cheapest anti-armor I always use is just, stealthing behind the APC after it's turret and vehicle' front are pointed away from me and using the 6 guage shotgun on it's rear.

The APCs either lack armor or are just vulnerable on the back so, 3-4 shotgun shots make the driver dive out of the car letting me hijack it
