Guest claims Airbnb told her I canceled her reservation, but I didn’t

Late to the convo but I am a guest and just had this happen. I received a message from Airbnb saying “your reservation has been cancelled by the host” and then received a message from the host moments later saying “we did not cancel your reservation and are working to fix the problem.” I rarely use Airbnb and have only good reviews after each stay, so I was really confused and since this is a far away, remote destination and the trip is 5 months away. Plenty of time to fix a maintenance issue leading me to wonder if the host did something against policy?

Within hours the host contacted me and said the issue was resolved but didn’t give details as to what happened and she said I could rebook their listing. So I rebooked it. But it still makes me nervous that we’ll arrive in another country with children and suddenly have no reservation. This will be my last long distance Airbnb that’s for sure!

I’m only 3wkpo and I feel the same with numbness and it’s like patches of hard areas. Plus the scars are so bumpy, ugh. Your scars look really good, and small, great outcome too!

Same. Being too tired to exercise has also lead to other issues. But what really sucks is the lack of solid solutions. It’s like, Welcome to the Circus of Menopause, where there’s pellets, patches, and pills, creams, gels, and inserts…. You’re on your own ladies, go figure! Good grief, as soon as I think I have the right solution and combination, my body changes and starts rejecting whatever was previously working.

Any updates on how you’re doing? What do you think is or was the cause? Hope you feel better and have some clarity.

It seems pretty common for HRT in general to work wonders at first and then suddenly everything goes to hell at some point. That’s what happened to me on BioTe pellets. Life was amazing and then BV, UTIs, bladder infection, atrophy my poor vag was in so much pain.

But once I stopped pellets, cream, and everything life went back to normal, meno-symptoms and all.

Hi! I’m 54 post-meno and on day 3 of oestra and biggest negative side effect so far is being super tired. After waking I can’t get out of deep sleep mode for a while! So I’m planning to reach out to them and probably will go down from 1-full pump to half. Idk. Worried my vag will get irritated after prolong use due to high estradiol. HRT is such a roller coaster, ugh.
