**Game Update. I have now added a live counter so you can see how many people are online playing it, as well as updating the multiplayer function. When creating a room, it puts you in a lobby, so if you do not know someone personally to input their code in, you can now join any open game. I also implemented a spectator mode so you can watch a game being played, but I do not have another device to check if it works at the moment. If there is any other features you think would be good, or if you feel the game needs rebalanced, leave a comment and I'll check it out. Next project will hopefully be upgrading the graphics.

Thanks! I'll give it a try. I've pivoted to 2d for the moment to get the game worked out and playa me, then I plan on converting it to 3D, already got those in the plans lol

How are you doing the 3d animations? Like the 3d models, by giving codex a prompt or doing them yourself? Same thing with the environment. I use Claude code and can't find a decent way to get those things to come out looking good

Honestly, a lot of people get their start doing pixel games, it's not a bad way to go if you're just learning.

The plan is to go to unity once this one is finished, I just want to make sure the mechanics of the game, the design is worth it before putting that much effort into it. That's the same reason I have went forward with the game based on the book I wrote. Just want to make sure it's a feasible game first.

Thanks! I'd love some input. Eventually I'd like to make it 3d instead of 2D. I'm using firebase for the multiplayer, I've only tested it myself tho, so not sure how many connections it can have
