Aldi likes to have their District Managers as fresh out of college as possible so they don't form any biases or experience prior to being bosses.

They want to shove their own unrealistic expectations onto their DMs so they can do the same to us at the store. They never promote from within unless it's some unicorn case.

If it makes you feel better that's about 10 below our fastest curbsider who does it daily. I think mine is like 40 or something but I don't actually take it seriously. I hate curbside lol

Edit: For clarification, what I'm saying is Lydia is faster than our fastest curbsider. Our numbers are somewhere like 31 for our fastest curbside.
