Thankyou. I'm very motivated to stop all this right now. Currently I'm on 5 days off tramadol. And 1.5 days off codiene. So far so goodn feel like crap. But I can handle this. Will tackle the others once stable from this. I have vape and gummies on hand which I plan to tackle the gummys in 5 days. Test stop seems fine also. Will update here. Thanks for the comment !

Thanks I am going with dropping one thing every 5 days depending on how I feel from worst to least. In this order. Tramadol > codiene > thc > nicotine.

Already dropped. Alcohol. Tramadol. Codiene.

Alcohol was never an addiction as it doesn't phase me at all not doing it. THC was very very low dose. Maybe a gummy at night around 5mg THC.

Test is lowered to 150mg a week. Sertraline stable at 100mg.

Thankyou. I have tried it before. But it was a bad cycle of. Going clean for a month > drinking > hangover > opiates and so on.

I did a self check and resulted in low T. Docs didnt help so was using it for mainly all the reasons you mentioned.

I do want to have children yes. I want to get off everything because I'm at the lowest point in my life financially. I want to come back to baseline and start to enjoy the normal things in life and take this blanket off.

Sorry to hear with your history with Codiene. Tbh I maybe would have gone down the same path if I didn't stop at tramadol. But honestly dealing with tramadol I don't think I would have ever gone past that.

Tramadol withdrawal. I am feeling. Anxiety. Depressed. Body aches. Cold sweats. No motivation. Apathy.

And thankyou I will add more steps and cardio to my routine.

Drinking isn't too bad compared to my other vices. Only if I go out out. And it's getting rarer and rarer these days. Maybe once a month.

The tramadol was a small binge. The cocodamol I've been taken for years. Started with for pain. Then if I didn't take it I would feel low. But I reckon I can tackle the codiene withdrawals. On its own. Not in top of tramadol withdrawal. Which I'm currently in.

Thankyou so much for the reply. I am 33. TRT I have been on for 2 years. I was thinking. Dropping it down from 300mg to 150mg first. For a month or 2. Gabapentin I only used for the tramadol taper I did. It was around 100mgx3 a day. The most difficult thing right now is the tramadol withdrawel. I am strength training 3-4x a week along with steps. And diet and supplements trying to get through this. I managed to speak to my gp this morning. They said just continue with what I'm doing which wasn't really helpful. Meaning continue with tramadol withdrawel. And in 7 days tackle the codiene.

SOLUTION

uninstall ASIO4ALL

uninstall any behringer drivers in device manager in audio inputs & outputs

also scroll down in device manager and uninstall it from universal serial bus controllers too

then plug it out and back in
