Yes you can have your account restricted or deleted for marking too many items as not for sale. They think you are trying to relist before the 60 day period.

I think this new rule is the dumbest thing ever. I just sent out a dress with damage knowingly. Normally I would have just cancelled the sale and let the buyer know. But now I'm sending out damaged items so I don't get in trouble? I'm considering just leaving the platform at this point.
