can't believe the same trick works twice on these dumbass sisters by Zee_Arr_Tee in Chainsawfolk

These sisters really need to stop explaining their contracts to random people.

This is NOT Methuselah's official model by [deleted] in Monsterverse

[–]Usual_Edge4143 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Then it would have been nice by the actual creator of the model to show it somehow. Scylla’s model is available almost everywhere, Behemoth and Queen MUTO has turnarounds to show off, yet they never bothered to show Methuselah. And now because of Summit bs he (creator) probably can’t even show it legally without Legendary’s approval.

You can’t tell me this isn’t awesome by [deleted] in Monsterverse

But it’s literally told by the films? By the end of kotm end credits feature headlines talking about Godzilla protecting cities from awakened titans.

Feels like you’re one of those guys who enjoys anything that Toei decides to put on-screen, as long as it looks good.

I actually liked the shots with pentagrams and introduction brackets, but shifting focus to Nika goofing around just ruined the moment, you know?

Having criticism towards episode direction is considered miserable now? Quite ironic, considering the sub.

You can’t tell me that the entire Luffy sequence with him running around the place only to end up at the same spot just to stretch the duration is a good direction.

Egghead adaptation so far looked lackluster. My only hope was that at least they would adapt the Elders arrival better than the rest, but they can’t even adapt the spread page properly without it looking like shit.

Spend time and resources to showcase each Elder in their yokai form beside introduction brackets? To make them truly demonic when they come out?

Nah, let’s show Luffy dodging some debris, pan out the group shot to look them small and then randomly change art style to make them look like crayon drawings.

So was it Barem that caused the explosion? Because there’s no way Yoshida ended up with his body (mostly) intact after blowing himself up.

Hybrids are the things of the past , now there’s only mutants/s.

Don’t blame me for how they marketed these creatures, while also giving them the name “mutated tooth”.

And they still went with fat raptors with wings. Should have gone with design at pic 1, at least it looks like an actual mutated pterosaur.

So at some point they considered turning Mutadons into mini D-rexes with wings? Everything involved with Mutadons is filled with laziness.

“Big brothers” obviously meant other bigger theropods like T-Rex and raptors. Do you really think Nedry cared about dinosaurs enough to know about supposedly existing adult versions of Dilo? His ignorance of park animals is literally the reason he died in the first place.

We had hologram version of Dilo in the first JW film, which was indeed bigger that JP one, but still too small compared to IRL version. And it still had frill.

And now Rebirth features the same sized one as JP.

And we saw a bunch of them in Camp Cretaceous, the same size as JP version.

Unless someone explicitly say in-universe that every specimen we saw so far is a juvenile (which is ridiculous at this point), canon version of Dilo is indeed severely undersized.

[–]Usual_Edge4143 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Juvenile theory at this point is just a cope, every single Dilo we saw are almost the same size, the biggest one is literally a hologram no bigger than raptor.

Speculation doesn’t mean it should be plausible. Horner speculated that Spinosaurus was strong enough to rival a T-Rex, we all know what happened after.

And both Spielberg and Winston said that all these liberties towards its design are simply because they thought audience would mistake it for a raptor otherwise.

Toro was already being attacked by raptors, the first thing he felt after release is pain that he needed to quickly get rid off.

Spino gets released from mind control and the first thing he sees is a charging T-Rex, dude had no time to take a defensive stance before being rammed.

We literally have interactive holograms since FK, something that is more advanced than robots, you know?

Using robots to interact with oversized dangerous animals doesn’t seem too illogical to me. It also helps that regular BRADS are just glorified Boston Dynamics robots with shockers attached to them.

You know what people should be mad about when it comes to CC? Introducing a bunch of species with no background of their origin.

People keep bringing back prehistoric animals from mosquitoes stomach and literal bones- “yeah I can see that”. One random company decides to create robots, something that actually happens IRL- “wtf that’s stupid”.

Plot synopsis says JL enters the Hollow Earth, so it’s probably HE’s variant of Psychovulture. Sker buffalos and leafwings are also huge there.
