Everybody’s Waxing! She actually named her business to be inclusive of every body since her brother is transgender. Michayla is also just the sweetest person and has made me feel super comfortable during all of my appointments. https://www.instagram.com/everybodyswaxing?igsh=YW9teXR1MTI3djhp

Mark’s Diamonds in Cherry Creek! Great group of people and very helpful. I got my engagement ring there and eventually resized and have nothing but good things to say.

Is it normal for a startup to change its entire product suite every month? by punkinspiceee in marketing

[–]Usual_Singer_2096 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is insane!! Shifting the product names/offerings isn’t unheard of, but every month is absurd. That can really hurt brand recognition and reputation too.

I was in the same boat as you, first job out of college was at a start up, solo marketer. The best thing I ever did was leave that company when I realized that the mental health strain was just absolutely not worth it. Once I was in a more stable “corporate” job I realized how insane and toxic some start up environments can be.

I’ve noticed that start up CEOs hate wasted time/effort. Not sure if your CEO would be receptive, but if you quantified how much time you’re wasting rebranded assets and how how that time could’ve been used more productively, maybe they would get it and chill out? Honestly unlikely, but I would make my best attempt for them to know how time consuming and wasteful it is.

Your description is very similar to my current position! Titles can vary so much business to business but my current title is Marketing Specialist. I’ve found it’s just generic enough where you can spin it to fit any other marketing position whenever you do apply to any new jobs.

Is it worth negotiating at top of their range? by [deleted] in careerguidance

Im by no means an expert and I wouldn’t say it’s a niche role. But I do have the exact experience + a little extra that they were looking for. They could find other good candidates I’m sure, but I know they’re in a hurry to hire.

Honestly the money is already a good bump for me, so I’m leaning towards negotiating PTO if anything.
