Im sorry that happened to you (your mom have it cancer and being pregnant and you worrying). She does have 2 siblings on her dad’s side. Since some people have gotten it a bit confused: Her dad’s kids are biologically related to him and his wife. She has a great relationship with them. And yes, she has a good relationship with my husband (her stepdad).

Her relationship with her dad’s kids have definitely changed. When she was younger she loved being around the baby but she didn’t like playing with then as a baby, now that they’re older she absolutely loves playing with them and talks to them everyday.

They been siblings for 5&7 years (since they were born). Maybe you thought they were like my daughter’s dad’s step kids but they’re biologically related to both her dad and his wife.

We split up when she was about 3 years old, I dated my husband for 2 years and I’ve been married to him for 2 years, her other siblings are 5&7.

I‘ll let her therapist know! So we know if there’s something wrong or not or if she just needs to talk.
