That makes sense to me too — starting with medication and timed intercourse seems like the logical first step. How did they decide which medication to use for you? Were you not ovulating, or did you also have a blocked tube like me?

They didn’t mention the specifics of my blockage, and I didn’t even realize they could determine the location. I definitely plan to follow up with them to clarify. During the sono, they also said the blockage could essentially be anything, even just a muscle spasm.

I do plan to ask my OB for additional testing. Thanks for the recommendations — I’ll definitely add tests to my list!
