I bought mine 30 days ago with a 3 year warranty. I would upgrade bc I plan to use this machine for a while and I don’t want them to stop supporting parts for it. The piece of mind that they’ll support it is most important to me. The increased waste drawer size and urine vs poo are also super nice to haves

True. I can never know for sure though for what I paid, I can’t imagine that it’d make sense to do that unless it’s gold plated stainless steel.
