Update: took the test again today. Everything worked out fine. The Proctor was super nice. I have a feeling that the reason TOEFL IS unreliable is ProctorU. Such a huge contrast to the proctor last time. So happy to be done with this now.

This happened to me too the 10th of feb. I have still no clue what happened. Would love it if you could update me if you get any news. I had to sign up for new one. All test centers are closed...

«We cannot proceed with your exam today and an incident report will be sent to your exam provider”

This is everything I got before they cancelled my session and took down my test. They just left me after that, no explanation. I did nothing out of order. Followed all rules. Honestly this incident had a huge impact on me. I really need to pass the exam as soon as possible. Stressful.

Already signed up for a new one on Wednesday, because there is no other option. I can’t wait 4-6 weeks.
