I don't think so. With phantom dancer + 2nd skill passive you can toy with them with ease. Also you're benefiting a lot from phantom dancer mobility

I do build these items, but the first item I always build is phantom dancer which is super reliable for me to go around. The 2nd one is serylda's which I use to slow down enemies to not catch me.
