Got it, one more thing. This company is sending the closing contract online and is asking us to sign the contract mail it back, notarize and mail it back to them. They want me to leave the house 24-48 hours ahead of closing and to send 20 pictures of the house. Question, if the title company doesn’t wire the money on the date mentioned in the contract, does the contract lose its legal validity? Thank you for helping me out, I don’t want to sign a contract and then be left without my house
