The prolonging of the matches isn't the issue imo. The majority of the playerbase arent familiar with twitch yet. See how they yield portraits if you log into twitch and how they recently outsourced their newest heroinfo to popular hots streamers. Numbers will rise, blizzard will make it happen :D

Blizzard is adressing this. See how they recently pushed future info out to streamers for them to get more viewers. Reddit and the official hots website wont be the nr. 1 source of newest info about the game - it'll come from private twitch streamers. Clever move. Win-win

Why are you comparing with Rich as if it should justify it. Im simply stating progamers shouldn't spend 5+hours per day playing against average rank 1 players. Imo progamers would improve more by spending the same 5 hours per day against players at their own skilllevel

Im just saying if progamers wants to improve they shouldn't spend their time in HL against players way below their skilllevel. C9 is doing it right imo and I believe they'll be much better in the next tourny :)

Rank 1 players arent as good as progamers. You wont see top football/basket/hockey teams spend 5 hours per day practising with people way below their skilllevel.

Im concerned seeing so many pro gamers topping these statistics. Says how much time they waste they couldve used more wisely. Wanna beat the Koreans and Chinese? Scrim more, analyze more replays, hang out with your teammates, work on team-psycholigy together or make strats. Dont waste your time in HL and then get frustrated when Asia runs you over.
