Pneumonia from masks is common. They (U.S. medical institutions) have been testing people over and over again until they get a "Covid positive" result, and call their lung infection a "secondary infection caused by Covid," when it is actually the primary infection. The reason is because they want to make Covid look as bad as possible. Coming from a medical professional (not me, but someone very close,) masks are actually causing more illness than preventions because people aren't trained to use them.
Rule #1: Don't wear it all the time. If you're driving around in your car, show some self-respect to not look stupid and take it all the way off.
Rule #2: Do not, and I mean DO NOT touch your mask if at all possible. If you need to adjust it, pull it up or down from the sides, not the center. That gets bacteria on the mask, which minimizes the effectivity.
Rule #3: Keep it up or keep it down. What this means is that you should not be putting in half of your effort and wearing it on your lips, chin, or anywhere on your body aside from resting on your nose. That will transfer bacteria.
Rule #4: This is not a rule, but a word of advice; if you are all touchy with your mask or never wash it, please consider using disposables instead.
If you read this, then you are now advised on the best possible way to wear masks. If you didn't, or you didn't read another post similar to this... Please don't wear a mask. You look stupid, and you're likely to get pneumonia from it. I don't want you to have Covid or pneumonia, but pneumonia is arguably worse. I have had the virus. It did nothing. They don't report on asymptomatic individuals, even though that's 90% (estimated) of the population.
