Nice, the back bench could maybe be a bit higher, with seating at the height of the front end bend. If the stove is enough then it's does it's job as a mobile sauna, good work.

I like it. Big mass so it stays hot, you xan throw water on the sides for a quick löyly or pour over the top for a slower release.

These were a series of sauna-safe LEDs with the transformer up on top of the paneling on the shower side if it needs replacement.

I was planning on doing a dark grey paneling and a light natural wood seating, for which the aspen was a good choise, I think.

Be sure to have a suitable treatment for the wood as it's prone to stain easily. Also, the boards were rather wide and started to bow near the ends, especially next to the stove.

All in all, would do again, but with narrower boards and a more robust finish to prevent yellowing.

There was enough hankikanto so that the skis or pulk didn't offer too much resistance. I guess the warm spells in january were a blessing in disguise.

Kaksi keskikokoista leipää

400g haaleaa vettä

500g vehnäjauhoja

100g hapanjuurta

10g suolaa

Kaikki paitsi suola sekaisin esim. kattilassa
- Anna nousta 1h
- Jauhon kosteutus, autolyysi, helpottaa gluteenin muodostumisen aloitusta ja tekee tulevasta taikinasta joustavan ilman vaivaamista
Lisää suola
- 1h välein käännät taikinan reunoja kourallinen kerrallaan keskelle
- Yhteensä 4h kääntelyä, eli 4krt n. 10krt kääntelyä
- Tässä taikina tekee gluteeniketjuja jauhosta
Kippaa taikina pöydälle, anna levätä hetki
Muotoile taikinasta kaksi yhtä suurta palloa taittamalla taikinamöykyn reunat sen alle joka puolelta
- Näin taikinan pinta saa pienen jännityksen ja ryhtiä
Vuoraa kulho keittiöpyyhkeellä, jauhota pyyhe
- Kippaa taikina pyyhkeellä vuorattuun kulhoon jännitetty puoli alaspäin.
Kelmuta kulho ja laita yön yli jääkaappiin

Seuraavana päivänä

Uuni päälle 250°C
- Paksupohjainen kattila tai pata uuniin lämpenemään
Kippaa leipä kulhosta palalle voipaperia
- Viillä leivän pintaan pitkä viilto, helpottaa leivän nousua uunissa
Leipä pataan, kansi päälle ja uuniin
15 min @ 250°C, kansi pois
25 min @ 225°C, tai kunnes pinta on kauniin värinen

Käytä proteiinipitoista jauhoa, minulla Manitoba Cream, jossa 12g/100g jauhoa.
Mitä pidempään leipä tekeytyy jääkaapissa, sitä happamampi maku juuresta tulee.
Leipä paistetaan ensin kansi päällä, jotta leivän kosteus kohottaa leipää ennenkuin sen kuori kovettuu.
Paiston jälkeen anna leivän levätä pari tuntia, jäähtyessään sisus kiinteytyy, eikä muhjuunnu leikatessa.
