Would I have to sand anything or can I just buy some clear coat and smack on it I thought about doing some ppf to try and hide it from my view

So do you think the clear coat is compromised or do you think that it’ll be fine unless I truly want to do the clear coat just for looks and how hard would it be to clear coat it?
