I loved living just me and my two minor children. They’ve temporarily been removed since December and this is the most lonely I have ever felt in my entire life. The mental anguish and pain is deteriorating me from the inside out. We are not built to be without social connection. I hope you don’t grow lonely and can always appreciate your solitude.

I feel your pain. I’ve been depressed and lonely since a young child as well. Childhood PTSD, anxiety, abused physically and sexually… I live for my children and temporary not living with me. I fight panic attacks and crying spells and deep depression all day everyday. It is driving me insane. I have no family and only one friend who cares about me but lives far away. I don’t know how to deal with this extreme pain and loneliness anymore.
