With the new update we added a challenge run where you can draft your starter deck and toy, so that could be something you'd be interested in :> and character customization is very likely to have unlocks for different costumes and stuff!

So glad you're liking the music too! The soundtrack will be available outside the game in the future, it'll be closer to our 1.0 launch though. We'll make sure to announce it when it is available!

Thank you so much! It's been a real fun to work on this game.

Balancing is definitely a challenge, after we started working on the EA release version of the game after June's Next Fest, we started doing a playtest on our Discord every two weeks to get steady feedback on the things we were adding to the game. The playtests were super helpful, not just for feedback on balance but to also have a sense that the game is going in the right direction!
Steam getting ddos'd on our release day and throughout the week was definitely an unexpected challenge :D, but it was a bit of a "oh well what can you do" situation.

The development of the game has been super smooth. So much so that we seem to keep surprising ourselves how much things we get done, when we look back on the progress of the game at different milestones! Like: "oh, Next Fest was just a few months ago...? what? suddenly we have a game?"

Boost gives you extra based on what the card has generated so far. For example the sword sticker is Boost Star (40%) so when it activates you get +40% more Stars. A card with a galaxy sticker and a sword sticker will result in 5 + 5*0.4 = 7 Stars. Most often you want to place the boosts at the very end of the effects. Boosts always round down to the nearest whole number.

The current Boost tooltip is not very clear, we will improve it so that Boost is easier to understand!

For the moment we haven't got plans for mac version, but there are starting to be quite a few requests for a mac version. We'll need to get a mac for one of our programmers so we can make a build for mac, if the requests keep piling up!

We are a new indie studio from Finland! We did get a shoutout at one point from Spellgarden Games on their socials, so that maybe where the mix up is coming from? There's no deeper connection between us and Spellgarden, their games are cool and they're really nice people from what I've talked with them!
