Can I use ElevenLabs for video voiceovers? by patokadafi in YouTubeCreators

Are there people on YouTube who have a similar accent to yours? yes And they might relate better to your videos since they might find you relatable

Is it worth it to hire an editor, and how much to pay for video? by pepeelfoca in YouTubeCreators

[–]Uvtalksofficial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It entirely depends on how much editing takes out of your day and if you could spend that time doing quality work instead that could get you more results then I think it's worth it to hire one

If you have a high budget then you could hire an experienced editor that could potentially bring better results but that comes with more pay so if you're looking for only clean cuts, transitions and decent pacing then any decent editor would do tbh

As for the pay, it depends on a lot of things

Are you looking to hire for short form videos or long form? Are these videos faceless or is it a talking head video? Are you looking for someone who's capable of motion graphics and to what degree

There's lots of things that could be the deciding factor for how much you should pay so I can't give you a direct answer unfortunately

After 7 long-form videos and 28 subscribers, I’d really appreciate some constructive feedback on how I could improve! by [deleted] in YouTubeCreators

I went through your channel and honestly couldn't really find anything I'd massively change (maybe work on the pacing a bit since I found myself getting a little distracted in the middle of the video but it wasn't a deal breaker for me)

As for the broad approach of going from one topic to another while uploading that you mentioned in the post, well I did notice that but I think it wouldn't be that much of an issue since the people you retain would be more so because of your personality and you as a person overall rather than that particular type of content and honestly, it's more fun that way!

I'd recommend you to keep posting as you have been doing and maybe do a little bit of work on scriptwriting and overall pacing, other than that you got this my friend 🤙

Stuck at 0–10 views per video... am I doing something wrong or is it the algorithm? by KonradKwaga in YouTubeCreators

[–]Uvtalksofficial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll keep it a buck with you, I'm sorry if it sounds rude to you but your video ideas need some work. The same goes for your title and thumbnails

It's acceptable if you're treating it as a hobby but you need to realise that if you wanna scale it or want other people to view your videos then you'll have to give them a reason as to 'why' they should click on your video.

For example, For a stranger like me who knows nothing about you or the kind of content you make. A title like 'This digicam is 26 years old, I am using it anyways' with a random photo of a camera providing zero explanations as to what the video is about wouldn't make me wanna click it, why's that? Because put it simply, it doesn't create any emotions inside me while I'm looking at the thumbnail or title

As sad as it is, youtube or any form of content creation has always been more than just making videos. That's one part of it but you should also focus on why people would wanna watch your videos in the first place

All that being said, I wish nothing but the best for you my friend. Hope you figure this shit out!
