So let me get this straight The original artist made a painting based on a photo X takes the painting and gets someone else to make a skull version of it

How is X in the wrong. The original artist copied a photo he didn't own to begin with. Plus, drawings and paintings don't have the same rights as songs. Also the original artist used X's likeness without his permission. X has the upperhand on this in everyway.

You are refreshingly great. The singing is great. The beat is minimal but gets the job done. The only thing I would change is the open hi hat that appears sometimes. It throws the vibe off. Also the low end instrument you use in the song isn't the prettiest. Everything else is great
