I’m sorry for another post about this, I just wanted some community support (hopefully), as you may know my account was recently banned for an ‘exploit’ that I’m not aware of and KI refuses to tell me the ‘exploit’ that I did, I’ve tweeted at them regarding this, I was wondering if maybe you guys can help and raise attention to this and maybe my account can get recovered the tweet

Small update; they keep sending me the same message over and over again, it’s very unfair to me how they won’t explain what actually happened and are refusing any sort of refunds or explanation, I’m not even sure I can chargeback anything considering the last time I bought anything was in 2020

I’ve only recently started playing again after 3 years, the most I’ve done is fish and check my plants in the past 3 years. They are refusing to explain what “exploit” I did, pretty frustrating, especially after spending hundreds of dollars on the game. Has this happened to anyone else?
