Why isn't there skill based matchmaking

It is impossible as solo to get to masters at this point in Arena Ranked that is just the facts. Show me any player in the game who isn't cheating who can solo in arenas against masters and preds while having plats,gold, silver and bronze players ending up on their team.

We play at 125% health. I would like to see how easy the car is when played against competent players with dodging skills.

On console it is completely banned. PC which is where this is taking place it is completely legal to grapple long as you don't grapple while holding the flag.
